The former head of the Shirak regional branch of the Cadastre Committee of the Republic of Armenia Arayik Arakelyan filed a lawsuit against the founder of the 168.am information website 168 Zham LLC in the Yerevan court of general jurisdiction, demanding compensation for damage caused to honor and dignity, as well as a public refutation of information considered libel. The reason for the lawsuit was the material, which notes that Arayik Arakelyan, known for corruption scandals, is being returned to his former position, although he is involved in several criminal cases. The lawsuit is being considered.
