On April 6, citizen Artur Vardanyan filed a lawsuit against 168 jam, LLC, demanding that they be compelled to apologize and retract information considered libelous, and pay restitution. The reason for the lawsuit was publication on the site 168.am of information according to which a third party called the plaintiff a terrorist. The court rule to reject the lawsuit. The decision is at the stage of appeal at the appeals court.
