Additional information:

The city court in Novokuybyshevsk fined a journalist 15 thousand roubles (over 200 USD) under an administrative protocol banning the spreading of fake news about coronavirus sufferers. On the 24th of March, she had written of a resident in the city with coronavirus in an article for the website NSK63, with a link to his personal social media account. The material includes comments from Svetlana Sheshunova, a senior doctor at the city hospital, affirming that the resident had the virus. Later, it transpired that of three tests taken, only one turned out positive. Then Sheshunova reported Krylova to the police, saying she had not given permission for her comment to be published. In the end, Krylova published a retraction. The news itself was rewritten with Sheshunova’s comment removed.
