The reason was that she was in a police department in the Aktobe Region on the 8th of April. “I went to the police department as a witness in a criminal case. In the corridor, I was talking to the deputy head of the investigate unit on the phone. I was detained on the spot and taken to the 11th section of the department. They constructed a report about breaching the state of emergency”, said Kopteuova. Later, on the 24th April, the appellate court cancelled the decision of the administrative court and issued a written judgement to the police department, concerning the officers that accused the blogger of a breach.
