Member of the Azerbaijani Popular Front Party ) Jeykhun Rzayev was detained on Saturday in the city of Mingachevir. He was detained when he raised a portrait of one of the founders of the Azerbaijan People’s Republic next to the monument for those, who got killed in the World War II. Journalist Elchin Gasanzade (Gasanov) who was filming the protest was also detained and taken in unknown direction. The journalist was released a few hours later.
