On the 12th April a staff member of online television channel Kanal24 Ibrahim Vasirov was taken to a police station in the Shirvan region for breaking quarantine rules. Ibrahim Vasirov was found guilty of defying police orders. The court sentenced him to 25 days of administrative arrest.
