Korolyov City Court of the Moscow Region examined its first case for the violation of social distancing against local journalist Roman Ivanov. The police accused him of violating Part 1 of Article 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses, which resulted in a failure to comply with a police order to maintain social distancing of more than 1 metre. The court found Ivanov guilty and imposed a fine of 1,000 rubles (11 GBP).
