On August 6, the Shevchenkivskyi District Court of Kyiv refused the Security Service of Ukraine and the Prosecutor's Office to arrest the corporate rights of the 112 Ukraine TV channel and hand them over to the Asset Recovery and Management Agency. 112 Ukraine TV channel considers the Security Service of Ukraine's appeal to the court with such a request another attempt of a raider takeover, which was carried out on the direct order of the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky.
