The Ministry of Internal Affairs in the Magadan Region in Russia charged the founder of the online newspaper Gorovit Magadan with dissemination of false information for a second time. The case was initiated due to an article that claimed that doctors of an infectious diseases hospital for children have to sew their own medical masks.
