The Zyuzino District Court of Moscow has registered the materials of the administrative case against Arkady Babchenko. He is accused of distributing materials without a «foreign agent» label (Part 4 of Article 19.34 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation). A hearing on his case has not yet been scheduled. Babchenko was added to the register of «foreign agents» on April 7, 2023.
