On September 7, journalist Yevgeniya Baltatarova was fined RUB 30,000 for failure to comply with the requirement of the law on «foreign agents». Baltatarova wrote in her Telegram channel: «30 thousand fine for non-fulfilment of the requirement to foreign agents, labeling and reports, as I understand.
