In the morning of October 17, an unknown person tried to get into the apartment of the journalist of Current Time Timur Yermashev. At first, the man persistently knocked on the door, and when Yermashev opened it, the man immediately tried to enter, behaved very aggressively, and broke the door handle. «The video from the cameras shows that he came exactly to me. He was not drunk. Neighbours said that as he left he said: „I’ll come again, I’ll kill you!“», — Yermashev said, adding that he filed a complaint with the police. The reporter of Current Time cannot say with absolute certainty that the incident is directly related to his professional activities, but given that the unknown man was heading to his apartment, he has no other logical assumptions. The journalist also stressed that he had no conflicts with anyone, but he works for a TV channel that often criticises the authorities.
