Journalist and head of the Grodno Centre for Urban Life, Pavel Mozheiko, was summoned for questioning by the Investigative Committee. After questioning, he was detained for 72 hours and placed in a temporary detention centre. The prosecutor's office opened a criminal case against him (as well as the artist Ales Pushkin) for allegedly “committing actions aimed at rehabilitating and justifying Nazism” (Article 130 of the Criminal Code) after a portrait of anti-Soviet underground fighter Yevgeny Zhikhar was placed in a Centre for Urban Life exhibition. On 29 March, Mozheiko was released, but the criminal case against him remains.
