Medvedev was summoned for questioning by the Investigative Committee as a witness in a criminal case brought against Gomel-based human rights activist Leonid Sudalenko under Article 342 of the Criminal Code (“conspiracy to violate public order”). After a four-hour interrogation, the journalist was made to sign a non-disclosure agreement.
