In Samara, the employee of Investigative Committee Irina Kulikova tried to summon for questioning the 17-year-old brother of Sergey Podsytnik, the editor of the media outlet Protocol Samara, arrested in absentia in the case of «fakes» about the army (Article 207.3 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation) and living abroad. Kulikova called the brothers’ mother and suggested that Sergey’s brother come to the IC. The family decided to wait for an official summons.
