The Pskov City Court fined the journalist of Pskovskaya Gubernia Vladimir Kapustinsky RUB 30,000 in a case of «discrediting» the army (Article 20.3.3 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation). The administrative case was initiated because of the February issue of the program False Bottom, published on the YouTube channel of Pskovskaya Gubernia: the claims against Kapustinsky arose because of his statements about the explosion on the Crimean bridge in 2022.
