A court in Yakutia fined the editor-in-chief of Moskovsky Komsomolets in Yakutia Yevdokiya Dorofeyeva RUB 4,000 for mentioning a «foreign agent» organisation in an article in the media outlet without specifying its status (Part 2.1 of Article 13.15 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation). Roskomnadzor drew up a report on Dorofeyeva because of the article from July 31 «Ethno-expertise in Russia: non-governmental or state-owned?», which mentioned the «foreign agent» foundation Silver Taiga.
