The Butyrsky District Court of Moscow fined the editor-in-chief of Mediazona Sergey Smirnov RUB 30,000 for the absence of «foreign agent» labelling in his publications (Part 4 of Article 19.34 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation). This is Smirnov’s second fine under this article, the first was imposed in July 2022.
