The Shcherbinsky District Court of Moscow has registered a lawsuit filed by RT employee Igor Ovsyannikov against his ex-wife, ex-editor of Channel One Marina Ovsyannikova, for deprivation of her parental rights. Earlier, he obtained a court ruling that their common children (a 17-year-old son and an 11-year-old daughter) must live with him and the journalist must pay alimony. Ovsyannikova escaped from house arrest in Paris because of a criminal case about «fakes» about the army (Article 207.3 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation).
