The Pskov City Court fined the editor-in-chief of Pskovskaya Gubernia Denis Kamalyagin RUB 35,000 for not labelling his publications as «foreign agent» (Part 4 of Article 19.34 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation). In June 2022, Kamalyagin was fined RUB 10,000 for a similar «offence».
