A court fined Perm-based journalist Oksana Asaulenko RUB 30,000 on charges of disseminating «fake» information, which created a threat of mass riots (Part 9 of Article 13.15 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation). The reason was Asaulenko’s post in the group Real PMC of the Perm Region, which said that there was a riot in Perm penal colony №29.
