Businessman Khachatur Sukiasyan filed a lawsuit against Media Plus LLC in the Yerevan Court of General Jurisdiction, demanding that they publicly apologise for publishing “slanderous” information and pay 3 million Dram in compensation. The lawsuit followed the publishing of an article entitled “Beware: Khachatur Sukiasyan’s gasoline will break your car. Deja vu” published on the Yerevan.Today website (owned by Media Plus LLC). The claim has been accepted and legal proceedings have begun.
