Spayka LLC filed a lawsuit in the Yerevan Court of General Jurisdiction against Zhamanak LLC and the information site 1in.am, demanding that they refute their slanderous statements, publicly apologise, and pay compensation for damage caused. The lawsuit followed an article entitled “Slavery at Spike: workers forced to work on Sunday without pay” published on 11th March. The lawsuit is pending.
