The Nikulinsky District Court of Moscow fined journalist Tatyana Felgenhauer RUB 30,000 for the absence of a «foreign agent» label (Part 4 of Article 19.34 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation). The reason was a February stream on Felgenhauer’s YouTube channel with Ilya Shumanov, CEO of Transparency International Russia, devoted to ways of circumventing sanctions by Russian billionaires.
