The author of the YouTube channel Ne Deidi Duman Muhammedkarim was detained on charges of violating the law of Kazakhstan on rallies (Part 12 of Article 488 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Republic of Kazakhstan). The reason was his videos published on the channel on May 6 and 15. Earlier, on May 1, Duman Muhammedkarim was detained and subsequently arrested by the court for 25 days on charges of organising and holding a rally in violation of the law of Kazakhstan.
