SOTAvison journalist Alipat Sultanbegova was detained by the police in Krasnodar. She was taken to the police department of the Western District. Sultanbegova was charged with «discrediting» the army (Article 20.3.3 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation) for a story on Instagram with an anti-war drawing by Masha Moskalyova, after which she was released.
