On March 10, in the court of administrative offences of Kostanay, there was a hearing of the case against the teacher defectologist Yekaterina Komissarova on charges of defamation. The complainant is the director of the college Aygul Nurkina. The reason for the proceedings was the article by the journalist of Nasha Gazeta Georgy Govorov, in which Komissarova accused Nurkina of fraud. At the hearing, the applicant’s lawyer also requested that the journalist be held administratively liable, arguing that the journalist had committed unlawful acts by publishing the article. The judge dismissed the applicant’s representative’s motion.
