The Tverskoy District Court of Moscow has arrested for 15 days Ilya Pivovarov, the journalist of the agency To Be Fair, who filmed the action near the General Prosecutor’s Office — laying a funeral wreath with the inscription «the law is buried here». Pivovarov was also given 40 hours of community service. Pivovarov and two activists were detained on May 18. All three of them were reported under Part 5 of Article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation, Pivovarov was additionally charged with Article 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation (disobedience to the lawful demands of a police officer).
