Roskomnadzor has restricted access to Ratel.kz on the territory of the Russian Federation. Earlier, the editorial board of Ratel.kz received a «notice of violation of the information dissemination procedure» from Roskomnadzor. The Federal Service for Supervision in the Sphere of Communications, Information Technologies and Mass Media of the Russian Federation demanded to remove the article «Reports on Growing Losses of the Russian Army: What May Be the Reason» (Ratel.kz, 08.11.2022) as spreading unreliable information aimed «at destabilising the social and political situation in the Russian Federation».
