The blogger Sergey Veselov from Shuya, Ivanovo Region, was charged with «propaganda of LGBT» (Article 6.21 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation). The case was initiated because of a post in his Telegram channel, in which Veselov discussed the new law «on banning transgender people» and wrote that he used to be homophobic, but then changed his views.
