The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Belarus included the convicted ex-employee of the state TV channel Belarus 2 Volha Hladkaya into the «list of citizens involved in extremist activities». In May, the Moskovsky District Court of Minsk sentenced her to three years of prison without sending her to an open-type institution. Hladkaya resigned from Belteleradiocompany in September 2020 on the wave of mass protests. She was accused of organising and preparing actions that grossly violate public order or active participation in them (Part 1 of Article 342 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus).
