The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Belarus included sports journalist Dzmitry Navosha, convicted in absentia, into the «list of citizens involved in extremist activities». In January, the Minsk District Court sentenced Dzmitry Navosha to 12 years of imprisonment in absentia in «special proceedings» in the criminal case about the «Black Book of Belarus» (Article 130 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus — incitement of hatred or discord, Article 203-1 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus — illegal actions in relation to information about private life and personal data).
