The Promyshlenny District Court of Samara arrested in absentia the editor of the media outlet Protocol Samara Sergey Podsytnik on the case of military «fakes» (Part 1 of Article 207.3 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation). He is being prosecuted because of the video clip of Protocol Samara, which quoted the stories of relatives of mobilised Samaran citizens who were killed and injured in an Armed Forces of Ukraine strike on a vocational school in occupied Makiivka. Podsytnik left Russia in autumn 2021 and now lives in Germany.
