The mother of the blogger Abdukodir Muminov reported cruel torture during the investigation. Details became known after Sabokhat Abdullayeva met with her son on August 15 in the detention center in Tashkent. «They made my son crawl on the floor and continuously kicked him on his left rib. They even kicked him with the soles of their shoes on my son’s genitals. As a result of the torture, he lost consciousness many times, but they brought him back to consciousness and subjected him to cruel torture again», — Sabokhat Abdullayeva said, citing her son’s words. According to Abdullayeva, when meeting with her, Abdukodir stated that he was forced under torture to sign confessions that he did not give.
