Kazakhstani blogger Nurlan Batyrov was invited to take pictures at a charity fund located in the Amanat party building. The blogger was not allowed in by a security guard because he was wearing shorts. Batyrov was wearing a light-coloured sweatshirt and his shorts were knee-length. The blogger’s request to show the legal act stating that it is not allowed to enter the party building in shorts was silently ignored. Later, the administration apologised to Batyrov, promised to punish the security guard and asked him to finish the video. However, after the incident, the blogger categorically refused to film in the party building.
