The apartment of Inesa Studzinskaya, the former journalist of Radio Svaboda, was searched and computer equipment and digital media were confiscated. After the search, the journalist was detained as a suspect in a criminal case for «organisation of mass riots» and placed in the temporary detention facility at Akrestsina. In the detention center, the journalist went on hunger strike, protesting against her unlawful detention and abusive conditions of detention: no mattresses or bed linen were issued in her cell, she had to sleep on the metal base of a bunk, it was forbidden to lie down during the day, bright lights were switched on 24 hours a day, there was constantly very loud music on the radio, unacceptable food, etc. Studzinskaya was released after 10 days, no investigative actions were carried out.
