Mogilev-based journalist Aliaksandr Burakou is demanded to pay more than BYN 1,000 for the fact that he, serving 20 days of administrative arrest, failed to send a letter to the tax inspectorate on time. «The explanations about the sources of income, which should have been submitted on 28.05.2021, Burakov A.V. submitted on 03.06.2021 — after the expiry of the deadline for their submission established by the law, with the attachment of a copy of the resolution on imposing an administrative penalty in the form of administrative arrest, which is not a reason for extending the deadline for the submission of the said explanations», — stated Natalia Doneika, deputy head of the department of taxation of personal income of the Inspectorate for Taxes and Fees of the Leninsky District of Mogilev.
