On July 4, blogger Ilyas Mynzhasarov’s channel began to publish posts offering to allegedly earn money on the vulnerability of one cryptocurrency exchange. This required a minimum payment of KZT 50,000 (approximately USD 105). As it turned out, the blogger’s Telegram channel (t.me/iliyasik) was hacked by unknown people. Mynzhasarov noted that he does not understand how it happened. Telegram support service does not respond to his messages. The blogger wrote a complaint with the police and urged those who suffered from fraudsters acting on his behalf to also apply.
