The Leninsky District Court of Barnaul fined RusNews journalist Maria Ponomarenko a total of RUB 46,000 under the article on incitement to hatred or hostility (Article 20.3.1 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation). Four reports were drawn up on Ponomarenko because of her Instagram comments about police officers. According to the journalist, the profile from which these comments were made does not belong to her, but the name is almost identical to her profile.
