Artem Drachev and editor-in-chief of moloko plus Pavel Nikulin were detained near Pushkin Square, where an anti-war rally was taking place. Both were wearing press vests. Nikulin and Drachev spent six hours in police custody. On April 19, the Lefortovsky District Court of Moscow fined both journalists RUB 10,000, finding them guilty of participating in an unauthorised action (Part 5 of Article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation).
