Sevrinovsky was detained at the border headquarters for Ukrainian refugees, where he had taken a job as a volunteer. He was reported to the management by a volunteer with pro-government views. Sevrinovsky was handed over to the police, fined for refusing to unlock his phone, and forced to leave Taganrog by threats.
