He was accused of filming border guards, police officers, their weapons, and a Russian Railways facility while being on the Gusev farm and not responding to demands to stop filming. The lawyer defending Avakyan claims that he submitted a video to the court, which shows that the blogger was not filming the Russian Railways facility and did not violate the law.
