The court of Voronezh fined blogger Fyodor Orlov RUB 30,000 under the article on discrediting the army (Part 1 of Article 20.3.3 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation) because of a video stream of an anti-war picket. According to the law enforcers, the broadcast «Voronezh. Live», posted on Orlov’s YouTube channel, contains a video of committing «public actions aimed at discrediting the use of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation» — the action in question is a picket in which a man holds a banner with the writing «Down with the war in Ukraine! Down with Putin. Down with fascism.»
