Zhandos Samatov, deputy Director General of Batys Su Arnasy JSC, filed a lawsuit against the owner of the newspaper My City in Uralsk, Media Start 2012 LLP. The lawsuit to protect honor, dignity, and business reputation was filed in connection with the publication «The Director of Batys Su Arnasy LLP was accused of embezzlement and his deputy of drunkenness» (My City, 06.10.2022). The plaintiff asks the court to declare the information as false and defamatory, to order the publication of a refutation and an apology, and to order the defendants to pay compensation for the moral damage.
