On February 2, the joint press service of the Krasnodar Krai courts reported that Kramskoy’s case was heard in the Prikubansky District Court. He was charged under Article 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation (disobedience to a lawful order of a police officer). The journalist himself was absent for health reasons. The court found Kramskoy guilty under the administrative article and fined him RUB 2,000.
