The Tsentralny District Court of Kemerovo arrested blogger Mikhail Alferov for 13 days under an article on incitement to hatred (Article 20.3.1 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation) over a video in which Alferov criticised the work of the local Center for Combating Extremism.
