A magistrates’ court in Moscow has fined Radio Svoboda RUB 15 millions on 16 charges of failing to remove «prohibited» information, including information about the war in Ukraine. «By rulings of the magistrate of the Tverskoy District Court of Moscow, Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty LLC was found guilty of 15 administrative offences under Part 2 of Article 13.41 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation and was sentenced to an administrative fine of RUB 800,000. In one offence under Part 4 of Article 13.41 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation a penalty in the amount of RUB 3 millions was imposed».
