The Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation in the Kamchatka Region initiated criminal proceedings against a 68-year-old resident of Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky in a case of repeated «discrediting» of the Russian army (Part 1 of Article 280.3 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation). Efimov was detained. He spent two days in the temporary detention center. On May 23, Efimov was ordered to be restricted in certain activities: he was prohibited from using communication devices and denied access to the Internet.
