Newsader journalist Aleksey Filimonov was detained in Khabarovsk. He was charged with repeated violation of rally law (Part 8 of Article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation). Filimonov spent the night at the police station. On February 20, a court in Khabarovsk fined the journalist RUB 150,000.
