Roskomnadzor has restricted access to the website of the British newspaper The Daily Telegraph. Only one article was included in the register of banned information — it said that the Russian army was going to use portable crematoria, which could allow it to conceal military casualties. Access is restricted by HTTPS, so users are unable to access the entire website. Roskomsvoboda notes that the blocking decision was issued back in April, but it was not implemented until June 20.
